Items may be exchanged within 7 days as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchange on Embroidered items.
Even only Pants of an Embroidered products will not be accepted as return or exchange as we only sell in sets.
Please note that items bought with sample sale or final sale tagged are non-refundable and non-exchangeable including the Under Scrub Tops.
Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Uwears Order ID to initiate exchange or refund of the product bought from Uwears.Store.
The new product will be couriered to you immediately once the exchange product is received by Us.
Cancellation of any orders are unavailable once placed as they are processed immediately once placed, for product exchange items has to be couriered from your end.
Issues of product delivered but not received should be mailed to us on email@example.com within 24hrs of delivered intimation. The case will be investigated with our Delivery partner and the resolution may take upto 6 weeks.
