• Average time to deliver the order is around 5-8 business days whether is personalized or non-personalized.

• International deliveries can take anywhere from 15-20 business days.

• Incorrect address , contact or pincode may cause a delay of 4-5 weeks or lost of package which will not be bear by us.

• There may be a possible delay in order due to many circumstances.

• Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email once shipped.

• Issues of product delivered but not received should be mailed to us on contact@uwears.store  within 24hrs of delivered intimation. The case will be investigated with our Delivery partner and the resolution may take upto 6 weeks.

• Any shortage of items or wrong item delivered as per order, Our Internal Dept will request for the video of unpacking of the parcel delivered for review and evidence purpose.
