Embroidery & Personalisation

How do I opt for embroidery or personalisation?

All our products come with a free text embroidery option. Simply tick the “Add Name / Logo” box on the product page and enter the details as required.

Where will the embroidery be placed?

The default position is the left chest. If a logo doesn’t fit on the left, it will be placed on the right chest. For caps, embroidery is done on the right temporal side (above the ear).

What fonts and thread colours are available?

Available fonts include Block or Block (Full Caps) as per data input and Cursive (Chancery font). Default thread colours are White and Dark Navy for free embroidery — chosen based on contrast by our embroidery team. Logo colour and design will be matched as closely as possible by our production team based on the artwork provided.

How will embroidery look on printed caps?

Embroidery on printed caps will be done as per the data and font selected. Please note there is a chance the embroidery may blend with the print — thread colour is chosen by our embroidery operator for the optimum result.

Will extra text appear on a new line?

We try to fit the full name on one line. If the name is too long, it will continue on the next line. Additional details like degree, institution, or firm name will appear on a separate line.

What if I have a specific embroidery request?

Please WhatsApp us on +91 9939936697 before placing your order or immediately after, so our team can assist and note the requirements.

How quickly are embroidered orders dispatched?

Orders with name embroidery are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders with logo embroidery take a minimum of 4–5 business days as backend designing is involved.

Orders & Shipping

How do I track my order?

An order confirmation is sent to your registered email once the order is placed. Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp within 2 business days of dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes — but you must inform us on WhatsApp at +91 9939936697 within 15 minutes of placing the order. Once processed, address changes cannot be accepted.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, order modifications and cancellations are not possible once placed, as our processing begins immediately after an order is received.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship overseas. Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and quantity. International charges will be shown at checkout.

How long does dispatch take?

Standard orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Logo embroidery and bulk orders may take additional time depending on complexity and quantity.

When will my order be delivered?

Average delivery time is 5–8 business days across India. Expect faster delivery within Mumbai.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

Non-personalised items can be returned within 20 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have tags attached. Login to your Uwears account and apply through the Orders History section.

We do not accept returns or refunds for personalised / embroidered items, Final Sale items, or Under Scrubs.

How is a return request processed?

Log in to your Uwears account at account.uwears.store with your registered email and apply in the Orders History section. Order eligibility will be checked and communicated via email.

Will you pick up the return from my address?

Return pickups are currently unavailable. The product needs to be shipped back by the customer to our warehouse at the address provided in the approval email. Since we receive very few returns (<5%), we keep our product costs low by not including reverse shipping charges.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned product and it passes quality check, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange a product?

Direct exchange is not advisable as it significantly increases turnaround time. We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order simultaneously for a faster resolution.

Fabric & Quality

Why does the colour look slightly different from the website?

Screen colours vary across devices due to different display settings, brightness, and calibration. We make every effort to photograph our products accurately, but slight shade differences between digital images and actual fabric are unavoidable.

Why is there a shade difference between two units of the same product?

Minor variations in shade can occur due to batch-wise fabric production, where dye lot conditions differ slightly between manufacturing runs. These variations are within accepted industry standards and do not affect the quality, performance, or durability of the garment.

Please also note that comparing a new set with a used/washed set will show differences due to natural wear — this is not a manufacturing defect.

Why is there a variation in embroidery output across orders?

We strive for consistency in every embroidery job. Minor variations can occasionally occur due to differences in machine settings or thread batches. These are normal in industrial embroidery and do not affect the overall quality or appearance of the finished product.
