Returns/Refunds/Exchange Policy

• Products can be returned within 20 days as long as the products are unused, unwashed with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

• Please note that we do not accept returns or exchange on Embroidered items.

• Even only Pants of an Embroidered products will not be accepted as return or exchange as we only sell in sets.

• Please note that items bought with Final Sale tagged are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• To initiate exchange or return of the product bought from Uwears official website, Login to Uwears account with the registered email id and apply in orders history section or click on My Account

• The product amount will be refunded once received and quality check passed.

• Exchange of product is not advisable as it takes lot of time for the replacement, instead we suggest returning for refund and place a new order simultaneously for faster delivery.

• For product returns & refunds, items have to be couriered from customers end as per approved mail.

• Cancellation of any orders are unavailable once placed as they are processed immediately once placed, for product exchange, returns or refunds, items have to be couriered from your end.

• Issues of product delivered but not received should be mailed to us on contact@uwears.store within 24hrs of delivered intimation. The case will be investigated with our Delivery partner and the resolution may take up to 6 weeks.
