Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver across India and internationally. Here’s what to expect once you place your order.
Average domestic delivery
International delivery
Shipping on all domestic orders
Free Shipping on All Domestic Orders
No minimum order value. Free delivery anywhere in India. International orders — shipping charges calculated and added at checkout.
Domestic Delivery (India)
Average delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch — applicable for both personalised and non-personalised orders.
Tracking details will be shared in your confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
International Delivery
International orders typically take 15–20 business days to be delivered. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charge.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, we will make every effort to dispatch as quickly as possible. Average dispatch time is 7–10 business days, depending on the quantity ordered.
For large or urgent bulk requirements, please reach out to us via WhatsApp before placing the order so we can confirm timelines.
Logo & Embroidery Orders
Orders with logo embroidery require backend designing and setup. These orders take a minimum of 4 days to dispatch from the date of order.
Please account for this additional time when placing urgent or gifting orders.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Please double-check your delivery address, contact number, and pin code before placing your order. An incorrect address can cause a delay of 4–5 weeks or result in a lost package.

Package Delivered but Not Received?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, email us at contact@uwears.store within 24 hours of the delivery notification.
We will raise an investigation with our delivery partner. Resolution may take up to 6 weeks depending on the courier’s process.
Wrong Item or Missing Items?
If you receive a wrong item or find items missing from your order, our internal team will request a video of the parcel being unpacked as evidence for review.
Please do not discard any packaging until the issue is resolved. Email us at contact@uwears.store with your order details.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier backlogs, festivals, etc.). In such cases, cancellations or refunds on personalised products are not available.
Our team will ensure your order is delivered on priority and you will be kept informed.
